The college was placed 161 among India's finest engineering institutions. Candidates seeking admission to B Tech must apply using their TS EAMCET results. The minimum qualifying scores should be more than 45%. Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College's fee structure for CSE is INR 95,000 (1st Yr Fees). The institute will provide separate, well-equipped hostels where boys and girls may reside comfortably. Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College fees payment for the Hostel is INR 4500 per year. Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College provides admission for the B-Tech CSE program based on TS EAMCET scores. The accepted cut-off rank for CSE is 37251.

As general fee structure of B.Tech at NMREC total year fee costs INR 3.29 lakhs while the per annum fee shall be approx. INR 88.5k in the first and second years. However, in the third and fourth-year, students need to make a payment of INR 76k as total year wise. Here, the fee constitutes of tuition fees and other fees.

Students with minimum qualifications like being passed intermediate with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate are eligible to take management quota admission to B Tech at NMREC. Individual applications are required for admittance to category B, which is the Management Quota.

For B.Tech course, the fee in NMREC, Ghatkesar will be cost INR 73,500 per annum hence the total B.tech 4 years will be INR 294,000.
