The college is one of the best engineering colleges in Pune, Maharashtra. NAAC has accredited it with Grade A. Chemical Engineering, Electronics, Civil Engineering, Information Technology, and many more are available in MIT's B. Tech program. MIT Academy of Engineering fees for BTech is 2.14 Lakhs (1st Year Fees). Boys and girls can stay in a hostel at MIT that has all the best amenities, is spotless, etc. MIT Alandi hostel fees are INR 89000 per year. MIT provides scholarships to students with disabilities as well as members of the Economically Backward class.

The total fee for general category students is Rs. 1,55,735 for the BTech program at MIT Academy of Engineering, Pune. For OBC and SC, ST category students, the fee would be relatively lower.

MIT Academy will consider JEE Main or MHT CET scores to provide B-Tech admissions. MIT Academy of Engineering's cut-off for the CSE stream is 6488.
