Indian Institute of Technology Madras fee structure for B.Tech + M.Tech integrated program is INR 3.5 Lakhs for the whole course.

Indian Institute of Technology Madras application fee is INR 50 for PwD, SC/ST, GN/EWS/ OBC-NCL female candidates. Whereas for GN/ EWS/ OBC-NCL male candidates is INR 100 for the application. The application fee is non-refundable.
