IIT does not offer management quota admission or direct admission; thus, aspirants need to have appeared for counselling to take B.Tech admission at the Indian Institute of Technology BHU.

The selection criteria for the B-Tech program in IIT BHU is that candidates must have completed 10+2 along with JEE Main and JEE Advanced scores.
