Banaras Hindu University offers a B-Tech program based on 10+2 board exams in the science stream with PCM subjects as mandatory. Selections are based on CUET scores.

Students aspiring for the B-Tech program must have passed 10+2 board exams with min of 45% marks. However, the selections are based on CUET or BHUCET scores that are conducted at the University level.
