Candidates for admission to the institute's four-year, full-time BE program must fulfill the requirements listed below.
The candidate must have passed the Karnataka 2nd PUC/12th standard examination, or an equivalent, with a minimum of 55% of the possible points in the optional subjects, including physics, mathematics, chemistry, biotechnology, computer science, electronics, and biology. English must be one of the languages of study.
Candidates shall have appeared for KCET and undergone Counselling. In addition, non-Karnataka applicants can apply through COMEDK. Also, certain seats are reserved for the Yellamma Dasappa Institute of Technology Management quota. Those applicants who have not gained admission seats via Counselling due to low ranking can opt for a Management seat.
