WSISE offers various programs in the fields of engineering, technology, and management. B Tech programs at the college are offered in different specializations. Students who wish to apply for a B Tech course at the college must pass 10+2 with 50% marks as a minimum and qualify in the AP EAMCET or JEE Main examination. The institute also offers lateral West Godavari Institute of Science and Engineering course admissions for those who have done a diploma in engineering or its equivalent.
The college also offers an MBA program, which is a two-year course. To apply for an MBA program at the college, students must have a graduate degree in any discipline and should have passed the AP ICET examination.
