Vidya Niketan Samiti started the VNS Group of Institutions in the year 1994. The institution's objective is to provide research-oriented and quality education to the students by collaborating with various industrial sectors. The group has various institutions like VNS College of Physical Education and Management Studies, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Pharmacy, and Faculty of Engineering. The courses offered in the institution are B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Pharma, M.Pharm, MBA, B.Ed. And M.Ed. in engineering, pharmacy, and management and education field.

The college covers 24 acres of land with facilities like classrooms, hostel, auditorium, library, laboratory, cafeteria, medical, sports, and computer labs. The computer labs have 700 systems with updated software and hardware and have Wi-Fi and an internet facility of 16 Mbps speed. The hostel facility is present for male and female students within the campus and a canteen facility at an affordable rate of INR 50k per annum.

Employment, Training, and Development (ETD) cell has industrial collaborations with reputed companies to provide the students with training and internship opportunities. The students are trained to improve the aptitude and soft skills required for the corporate world. The cell conducts campus interviews and provides the students with training in interviews, tests, and group discussion. Industries from various firms like R&D laboratories, management organizations, finance companies, consultancy firms, manufacturing industries, IT&IT enabled services, and core engineering industries hire the students every year.
