Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology Admission
VIIT invites applications for its B.Tech and M.Tech programs, offering specializations across five fields. Lateral entry is available exclusively for B.Tech in Civil Engineering. VIIT Pune B Tech Admission is merit-based, relying on either JEE Mains or MHT-CET scores. JEE Mains is a national-level exam, while MHT-CET is a state examination. Applicants must undergo CAP Counselling, administrated by DTE Maharashtra. Those who satisfy the VIIT Pune cut-off will be able to gain a seat. Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate:
- Indian Nationality.
- HSC or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, obtaining at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in the relevant subjects.
All India Candidature Candidates, J&K Migrant Candidature Candidates:
- Similar eligibility as Maharashtra State candidates.
- Valid non-zero score in JEE Main or MHT-CET.
NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in Gulf countries, Foreign National:

Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology Hostel Facilities
VIIT provides hostel facilities with three hostels - two for girls and one for boys. The VIIT Pune hostels have capacities of 140, 292, and 20, respectively, offering a comfortable stay for students. The average fees for the hostels are INR 1 Lakh per annum, inclusive of mess charges and a refundable deposit of INR 5000.
Students can conveniently make payments in two installments of Rs. 55,000 each, excluding the refundable deposit, over four months. Transport facility charges are optional and will be communicated later based on the minimum number of interested students.
All hostel payments should be made to the hostel account with the details provided, and students are required to fill out a Google form after making an online payment to receive the receipt. It's crucial to complete this process for confirmation of payment to the institute.
