VES Institute of Management Studies was established under the aegis of the Vivekanand Education Society in 1994. Since its inception, VESIM Mumbai has been at the forefront of business studies. The college is allied with Mumbai University and has approval from AICTE. In addition, NBA accredited the college to offer management degrees. Moreover, NAAC accredited the VESIM with an "A" Grade. VES Institute of Management NIRF Ranking is 76 among Top B Schools in India.
VES Institute of Management Mumbai offers PGDM and MMS at the PG level. The management degrees hold accretion of NBA. Furthermore, it holds MBA equivalence status from AIU. Students who wish to apply for VESIM PGDM shall have qualified in MAH CET, CAT, MAT, CMAT, GMAT, or equivalent. Suppose students applying for VESIM Mumbai MBA/ MMS must have cleared MAH MBA CET or MMS CET with a good score.
The Centre of Executive Education at VESIM offers management, leadership, and business analytics executive programs. VESIM Mumbai Executive Programmes (EEP) is designed for individuals, entrepreneurs, corporates, family-owned businesses, etc.

VESIM Mumbai Admission
VESIM Mumbai offers PGDM, MMS, EEP (Executive Education), FDP, and Ph.D. in Management Studies. To be eligible for admission, applicants must ensure the eligibility criteria the college defines. And, students need to appear for the national level entrance tests to be eligible.
PGDM Admission Criteria
- Students applying for VESIM PGDM Admission must have a Bachelor's degree in the relevant subjects with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. VESIM PGDM fees are INR 4.8 Lakhs in total for two years.
- Students will be shortlisted based on H-CET, CAT, GMAT, CMAT, XAT, ATMA, and MAT Score.
- Later, shortlisted applicants must appear for the final selection rounds, that is, GD and PI.
MMS/MBA Admission Criteria
- The VESIM MMS program has a 51% reservation for Sindhi minority students, with the remaining 49% reserved seats for General or Open students.
- A UG degree with an average of 45% is required for VESIM MMS admission.
- Selection will be based on the valid score in DTE's MAH MBA CET or MMS CET.
- VESIM MBA Fees (MMS) is INR 2.9 Lakhs for the entire course. The annual intake for MMS is 180 seats.
Executive Education Program (EEP) admission criteria
- Students applying for VESIM Mumbai Executive MBA equivalent to EEP shall have qualified in UG degree with at least 50% marks.
- They must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
VESIM Mumbai Double Degree Courses
VESIM has been tied up with foreign universities to impart double degree programs. Students in this program spend the first year of their studies at VESIM Mumbai and then transfer to the designated college or university in the second year.

VESIM Mumbai Placements
VES Institute placement cell is committed to providing its students with the finest possible opportunity. Placement managers, student representatives, faculty members, and alumni make up the cell and work together to assist the students. Throughout the academic year, the Institute offers a variety of events for students, including training workshops, mock tests, and skill development programs. The VESIM Mumbai Average Package awarded was Rs 7.8 LPA. Furthermore, out of 300 graduates, 267 students were placed during the VESIM placements 2020 drive.

- The faculty at VESIM mentors the students to ensure their overall development.
- CGPT VESIM organizes various institute industry engagement activities to assist students in their interview preparation. Students must undergo rigorous pre-interview preparation, including Mock GD and PI, conducted by faculty and industry personnel.
- The CGPT places a strong emphasis on summer internship programs. Students must complete an eight-week internship as part of the VESIM curriculum.
