Amrita College of Engineering and Technology (ACET) is a private Engineering college that was started by ACP Education Trust in the academic year 1999 formerly as Sun College of Engineering and Technology. The College was acquired by Amrita Institutions and changed the name to Amrita College of Engineering and Technology (ACET). The College is currently managed under the guidance of Mata Amritanandamayi Math.
ACET is having affiliation to Anna University along with AICTE approval for offering courses in the streams of management and engineering at bachelor and master levels such as BE, ME and MBA. The College is situated in 110 acres of land in Sun Nagar of Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
- ACET Nagercoil Fee structure as set by the University for MBA is INR 35000/- per annum and for BE & ME is INR 50000/- per annum.
- ACET Nagercoil Admission process will be based on performance in entrance exam or qualifying exam. Final admission procedure will be as per the guidelines provided by the Entrance examination Controller of Tamil Nadu each year.
- Laundry, Food, Sports and Yoga classes are the facilities available for the residents of ACET Nagercoil Hostel buildings.
The College is having general infrastructural facilities for the students such as Canteen, Busses, Sports, Internet, Library and Laboratories for each department. ACET is accepting admission through Counseling for course to fill up 65% of the total seats and other 35% of the seats are reserved for admission through Management quota. ACET application form has to be applied through online mode from the College official website.
