The SSN College of Engineering was established in 1996 in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This Engineering College is a private college that runs educational programs under engineering and management streams. The NAAC is accredited along with other approvals and recognitions for the smooth functioning of the Institute. SSNCE is permanently affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. SSNCE has excellent academic and student-centric facilities. The Institute has consistently been ranked by NIRF, which is considered top-tier.

The SSNCE courses are offered in  B-Tech, M-Tech, and MBA at UG and PG levels. SSN College of Engineering's CSE department is given priority as it is the flagship stream of the college. To get into SSN College of Engineering admission for B-Tech, students must have completed their 10+2 board exams, followed by TNEA counselling results.

Students who desire M Tech or MBA admission must have a graduation degree and TANCET scores.

SSN College's total fee for the 4 year BTech course is Rs. 2 lakhs, while candidates are required to pay Rs. 1.5 lakhs for lateral entry.

Admission to the B Tech CSE at SSN College is done through TNEA Counselling. You must register online for TNEA. On the basis of 12th marks, the TNEA Rank list will be created. During option option-filling round in TNEA Counselling, you must indicate your preference as SSN College. If your TNEA rank is equal to the cutoff criteria, then you will be able to gain a seat in SSN. The cutoff for CSE in SSN College is 511.

Yes, 35% of seats are reserved under the SSN College of Engineering Management Quota. Admission will be granted on the basis of 10+2 merit.

Candidates seeking admission to the SSN College for CSE must undergo the TNEA 2025 Counselling Process. Based on 10+2 marks, the TNEA merit list will be prepared. If your TNEA rank is equivalent to the cutoff criteria, then you are eligible to gain a seat through TNEA counselling. SSN College of Engineering CSE Cutoff 2025 is expected to be 511.
