The Institute was established in the year 2000, college of Jai Prakash Vishwavidyalaya, Chapra. Trust / Society known as "Islamia Educational and Social Welfare Trust" Siwan (Bihar) was founded under the dynamic leadership of Janab Dr. Md. Shahabuddin (Member of Parliament) was established as a trustee in 1998. Institute is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University Patna and Approved by AICTE. The Courses that this institute offers are MBA and BE/B Tech.
The College firstly started with only 60 seats in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering at the present institute has become popular to impart world-class education for the candidates and development of candidates in all the phases of academic life.
