For MBBS Course:
- NEET Exam: Candidates must appear for the NEET entrance exam, including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English subjects.

The Shymanuru Shivashankarappa Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre is good for MBBS course since my senior has completed her MBBS degree from this institute and she has shared little experience with me. The seats are disturbed like 40%+40% as per private and government basis and 20% MBBS seats are reserved for IP quota or MGT quota students and even for NRI quota candidates. Online mode counselling is conducted for students taking MBBS admission in this institute along with NEET score secured. After NEET exam students have to apply in website. For other courses like MS, PG diploma and MD admission, NEET PG score is asked at admission time.

This is like there from a very long also like from the year 1958. I can tell proudly that I’m very much satisfied studying in this college. The course I completed was MBBS and I really liked the college in every aspects. I like it in terms of teaching, internship, infrastructure, and environment and over all everything. SS Institute of Medical college admission for the MBBS is usually through the entrance test. The other courses like MD and MS admission will also be based on the merit. This is also has been granted as autonomous college and have many departments with the modern facilities.
