- For B.Tech: Pass 10+2 with Physics, Maths, and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.
- For B.Tech Lateral Entry, you need a Diploma (10+3) in any Technical/Vocational stream approved by the State Technical Education Society.
- For Diploma: Pass 10th standard and complete the ITI course or pass 10+2 and appear for the Haryana DET exam.
- For BBA: Secure pass marks in 10+2 (any stream).
