Sha-Shib College of Engineering Course

Sha-Shib College of Engineering is a private college affiliated with VTU with no different admissions type. VTU sets the guidelines and rules according to the fact that the college runs the exams, syllabus, and other general major things developed by the same sector. The exam evaluation is done by them and not by the college authorities. Based on different criteria, the college set this cut-off, and students within that rank can easily apply and take seats. The four years of the course are divided into 8-semester candidates from their 2nd year. The actual stream they have chosen will start.

B.Tech in SSCE

In 6 different specializations, B.Tech is offered by SSCE, attendance is mandatory, and students need to have minimum attendance aggregate to sit for the main examination. Through KCET or related entrance exam basis followed by the process, seats for B.Tech in the specified discipline will be granted. The college has got minimum seat capacity to intake every year, beyond which there is no provision and will be put as seats are closed.

There are few percentages of seats reserved for candidates seeking management quota admissions in the total seats and committed category students; however, maximum seats are taken through govt. Quota. The total seats offered for this course have been segregated as different quota seats like govt. Quota, management, and SC/ST quota for students despite their background with proper eligibility would be able to take seats.

Sha-Shib College of Engineering Fee Structure

For all the offered specializations under B. Tech, the fee structure is almost the same as tabulated below. There would be slight changes depending on the stream chosen. SSCE fee structure is different based on students' quota willing to seek admissions. If it is through KCET, the fee would be additional. If it is through other national/state level entrance exam fees, the management seat fee of B.Tech in SSCE is relatively high than a general expense. Every student clarifies the cost by splitting it equally and settling per annum or semester wise. Also, the given price is just an approximate fee of BE. The fee structure would include tuition fees and other fees, but exam fees, lab fees, and additional small fees have to be paid during no due.
