- Admissions for Post Graduate Course MD/MS will be based on the Merit Score in PG National Eligibility Cum Entrance Exam (PG-NEET). Candidates must have completed MBBS with required aggregate marks to get eligible for admission.
- SIMS fees Structure for MBBS is INR 66.5 Lakhs, and the fee structure for MD & MS is INR 37.5 Lakhs for 3 years.

I have studied the MBBS course and the SIMS review would be that it is and excellent medical institute. SIMS have the best faculty for MBBS, best accommodation facility and as always there is remarkable infrastructure. One must actually have a valid score in the intermediate as well as the NEET because the Saraswathi Institute of Medical Sciences admission as per the rules is compulsorily done through the NEET ranking of the student. All the students here actually must appear for the UP counselling for getting seat of MBBS. I can tell that SIMS fee to be paid for MBBS program will be somewhere around 16-17 lac and SIMS fee through management quota will be even higher.
