Saraf Institute of Engineering and Technology (SIET) was started by the Sri Gopiram Saraf Seva Trust in Chennai in 2010. The institute's main aim is to produce human resources with ethics and values as per the demand of the industry. The institute is recognized by AICTE and the Board of Technical Education and affiliated with Rajasthan Technical University.
- The institute covers nearly 12.5 acres of land with good infrastructure and is located on the Tibbi Road Extension.
- The facilities like hostel, auditorium, library, laboratory, cafeteria, medical, sports, and computer labs are present.
- The students are provided with an industrial visit to Infosys at Shimla and Chandigarh, Suratgarh Thermal Power Station, Hacking by Getware Technologies, and MECHSIET, which is the club for Mechanical Engineering students.
- Scholarships are provided to the students based on the 12th standard and RPET/AIEEE rank in the first year.
The students and faculties are provided with four buses for transportation facilities from various places in Hanumangarh town. The auditorium has a seating arrangement for more than 300 students and has modern professional video and audio systems. Hostel facility is present for the students far from home with spacious, air-conditioned rooms and dining hall.
