S N Medical College, is also known as Sarojini Naidu Medical College, is an ancient medical college established in 1854 founded by Lt Governor Sir James Thomson earlier; it was named Thomas School; later, it got renamed as SN Medical College in year 1947. The College is situated in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The SNMC College campus is spread over 24 Acres of Land. The College is recognized under the Medical Council of India and affiliated with Dr. B.R. S N Medical College is one of the three oldest medical government colleges in India and is named after Sarojini Naidu, the first woman Governess of India. The college is popularly referred to as SNMC. SNMC was established in the year 1854 and is situated in Agra city of Uttar Pradesh state. The college offers courses such as MBBS, MD, MS and Diploma courses. S N Medical College Fee for the MBBS course is around INR 36K as per the All India Quota. Also, the S N Medical College admissions are done based on merit via entrance exams such as NEET-UG or NEET-PG.
This is a government institute for medical studies and everyone also tells that SNMC is the oldest medical institute is the country. Infrastructure is well maintained and they have all needed medical facilities for students’ oriented medical education. We have facilities like cyber café, canteen and lecture theatre. In our college we almost have 5 lecture theatres and two of them are air conditioned. SN Medical College fee for the MBBS course is standard for all the students as this is Government College which doesn’t offer any kind of private quota or management quota admission. SNMC admissions of the MBBS course will have NEET ranking considered strictly for allotting the seat in counselling.
