Rachana Sansad's Academy of Architecture is a part of the Rachna Sansad Society. Academy of Architecture came into existence in 1955 to impart the best quality education in the Architecture domain and approval from the Council of Architecture (COA). It is affiliated with Mumbai University. This is one of the leading educational institutes in India, which has won awards and several prizes in national and international level competitions. The academy offers undergraduate programs and post-graduate programs in various fields of design.
The college is facilitated with services like Classrooms, Sports, Modern Laboratories, Library and hostel accommodation, etc. The faculties are well-qualified and experienced in imparting outstanding teaching for its students.
- The institute offers the Academy of Architecture (Aided) with an intake of 60 seats. Rachana Sansad's Academy of Architecture admission to all 60 seats is done through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DTE.
- There is an Academy of Architecture (UN-Aided) program offered with an intake of 40 seats where admissions to 32 centers are taken through CAP. In contrast, the remaining eight seats are conducted at the institute level.
- The fee structure of Rachana Sansad's Academy of Architecture is affordable, not so high it is less and feasible for students. The fee can be settled annual or semester-based, too, where it comprises tuition fees, registration fees as INR 19,200, and other fees.
