PSG Institute of Technology & Applied Research (PSG ITECH) was established in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in 2014. The College is AICTE-approved and allied with Anna University. The Institute's objective is to provide aspiring candidates with professional practical education. The charity trust of PSG and Sons established the PSG College. This campus area is a 40-acre estate that houses over 1000 students and over 80 faculty members. The College strives to give students with high education the best possible outcome. Educating pupils and turning them into industry professionals. PSG Institute of Technology NIRF Ranking 2022 is 124 for B Tech.
The College offers a four-year BE/B Tech Course in five specialities. To be eligible for admission, aspirants must have passed the 10+2 exam with a minimum aggregate score. Admissions will be established on the TNEA Merit List, generated based on the marks received in the qualifying exams. In addition, shortlisted candidates must attend TNEA Counselling with the necessary educational credentials for verification. Candidates seeking PSG Institute of Technology course admission must register online for TNEA. The application costs 500 INR for the general class and INR 250 for SC/ST/OBC, which can be paid using Net Banking/Credit or Direct Debit. PSG ITECH counselling code is 2377.
BE/B Tech is available in CSE, MECH, ECE, Civil, EEE, Computer Science & Business Systems, and Artificial Intelligence & Data Science. NBA accredits all the programs. From 2022-2023, the College offers admission to the B Arch and M Tech in Civil & MECH. Students are required to perform well in TANCET to be eligible for M Tech admission. In addition, NATA scores are being considered for B Arch admission.
The PSG ITECH fee structure for B. Tech is Rs 3.59 lakhs, which students should pay in four instalments of Rs 89,800/-. However, certain seats are reserved for PSG Institute of Technology's direct admission. Therefore, for students applying for B Tech admission under the PSG ITECH management quota, the fees will be exclusive compared to the government seats.
This College provides scholarships to students who enrol with income credentials from their parents. However, students who wish to apply for the scholarships will be interviewed. PSG also offers credit card loans to students who want to pay their tuition, acquire a pc, or buy textbooks for College. PSG will provide an aggregate of Rs 10,000/- annually if a student is eligible.
