Sharda University Placement Cell Roles & Responsibility

Sharda University is one of the leading private universities in India. It has got a great reputation for its quality education. Sharda University holds an 80% placement rate. Top-Notch companies do visit the campus for offering jobs through the recruitment process. Along with final job placement, SU also focuses on Summer Internships. It is an integral part of the Sharda University calendar activities.

SU Noida has over 350 recruiters participating to this date. More than 30 Fortune 500 companies have taken part in the placement. Over 150 MNCs have also offered jobs to the students. Under the MBA category, Sharda University has recorded 100% placement. In the B.tech category, it has recorded 91% of placement. The highest salary offered is 65 LPA.

Sharda University has a dedicated placement cell. It connects the students, industries, and university schools. The institution has a well-structured training program. These training programs are conducted by the placement cell. Under this, they teach the students various soft skills. They also help the students prepare for the GD and PI rounds.

Sharda University Noida placement cell

The students manage the placement cell of SU with the mentoring done by faculties. The cell acts as the bridge between the recruiting industries and the students. Every year the cell invites various companies for placement sessions. Along with that, it also provides students with training. The training session includes enhancing the candidate's soft skills and technical skills. They also help students prepare for the interview and group discussion.

The placement of SU has a well-laid systemic process. The following are the procedure for recruitment.

  • The cell collects the data and contacts the potential employer.
  • Once they receive the information about the job profile, they shortlist the companies.
  • The shortlisted companies get an invitation by the placement cell.
  • It prepares students for the job and provides them with training.
  • It encourages students to enhance their skills and participate in the placement round.

Sharda University Noida placement process

The university follows a systematic process for the placement. However, the process gets revised time-to-time taking into account the situation.

  • The cell connects with multiple companies and gathers the job profiles.
  • The placement cell invites the companies to take part in the placement drives.
  • The candidates must register themselves to take part in the placement session.
  • The cell uploads all the details about the company, job profiles, and requirements.
  • The interested candidates who have passed the industry's eligibility criteria will appear for the placement round.
  • The round will consist of an aptitude test, PI and GD.
  • The results will be declared after the final evaluation done by the company.

 

Sharda University Noida 2020 placement Report

In 2020 Sharda University Placement Drive, over 350 companies participated. Out of which 30 companies were from Fortune 500. 130 of them were multinational companies. The overall placement percentage at SU Noida was 80%. 100% of the MBA students have been placed at good-paying jobs. 91% of the placement was recorded in the B.Tech category. The highest paying salary was 65 LPA.

In sharda University there is internship program offered also the quality of internship is too good here. MBBS fee structure of Sharda University - School of Medical Sciences and Research is approx. INR 72.5k in total, the fee split and paid per annum the fee would be around INR 26.5 lakhs for 1st year and INR 11.5 lakhs for next 4 years.
