Sathyabama University Chennai is one of the prominent universities in Tamil Nadu. It is well-known for its quality education and great placement. Every year various companies offer placement to the students. There are multiple MNCs, reputed national organizations, and Startups that take part in the placement. The students bag great placement packages.

Sathyabama University Chennai offers placement training to the students at the different stages of their academics. Students are also given exposure to various industrial programs. The training modules are designed keeping in mind the latest trends. The training modules have been regularly updated as per the market and students' needs.

As per Satyabama University 2021 Placement Drive, it has reported a rise of 3.68% in placements. A total of 91.20% who have appeared in the placement session has been placed in various companies. 210 Companies have participated in the recruitment drive. The Placement cell of Sathyabama University works as a bridge between the students and the potential recruiters. It follows a well-organized system to offer a hassle-free placement experience.

  • The placement cell connects with various organizations throughout the year.
  • The cell then shortlists the companies and job profiles to be invited for the campus placement.
  •  They invite them over the campus for recruitment.
  • They prepare the students by giving them a training program.
  • Under the training program, the cell works on grooming the candidates' skills.
  • The placement cell also provides resources to the students. It conducts mock tests to prepare students for aptitude tests, personal interviews, and group discussions.

Sathyabama University Chennai campus placement eligibility  process

The university follows the following method for its campus placement drive.

  • The university connects with the potential recruiters and brings them to campus.
  • The candidates will be required to fill up the online placement registration form. The form will be available on the official website of Sathyabama University.
  • The candidates will have to go through the diagnostic test. After that, they will be offered communication ladder training.
  • After that, the candidates will have to go through another set of diagnostic tests. In this, the student's aptitude and technical skills will be evaluated.
  • The candidates will be further offered aptitude training, technical training, and soft skills training.
  • The candidates will have to further go through the campus recruitment test. The candidates will be selected based on their performance.
  • The selected candidates will get their placement ID cards. They will be eligible for campus placement.
  • The candidates who have not passed the eligibility criteria for campus placement will go through another round of training.

Sathyabama University Chennai campus placement process

The university goes through the following methods for campus placement.

  • The recruitment process starts from the beginning of the 7th semester.
  • All of the final-year students will be eligible for the placement.
  • The candidates must have secured 90% attendance in the training round.
  • The invitation has been sent to the companies for the recruitment.
  • The companies then share all the details about the job position.
  • The candidates will have to go through the various rounds of the test.
  • They will have to appear in the interview and GD round.
  • The final results will be announced by the company.
