R V Institute Of Technology Placement Cell Roles & Responsibility

R.V Institute of Technology placement activities are conducted on regular basis for students. This institute also have training and placement cell which works energetically in preparing students for final placements. The cell not only trains students for final placement and securing jobs but also help them to develop the attitude of flexibility adaptability. The placement team maintains the database of each student to know their abilities and their academic merit. The placement team takes up initiatives to interact with various potential employers and convinces them to visit the college for recruitment purpose. Student will under pre placement talks and other activities before the final placements so that students will have complete knowledge of the placement process.
