HMFA Memorial Institute of Engineering & Technology Placement Cell Roles & Responsibility

The Career guidance and Placement cell was founded by Mr. D K S Jaiswal in 2008. The faculty members of each department are made as Placement cell members. The mediation cell creates a database of each and every student with all basic information from the 10th grade to the present for recruitment drive process. The placement and professional advice cell offers special vocational guidance i.e. career counselling. The training and placement cell has constant contact with the organizations and other R&D companies for student projects. Training programs and invited conferences by organizations for the development of the students personalities that are needed for the industry and academy aimed at the development of social skills and professional planning.
