Ghousia College of Engineering Placement Cell Roles & Responsibility

The institute has an excellent placement center. Several industries have also used our intermediation center. The institute organizes several programs that contribute in improving the general personality of the candidates.The Department of Training and Placement is headed by Mohammed Irshad as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Relations. The department has all the facilities that allow the meritious students of the institution to obtain competitive internships and placement opportunities.

Placement details:

Beginning in the first semester, the Placement department organizes training in the areas of Aptitude, Group discussion, Soft Skills, Industrial visits and Technical Skills to provide students the opportunity to become educational and employable in the society. Nearly 50 to 60 companies visit our institute and invite our institute to recruit the students in pool campus. About 70% of students are eligible and placed in prestigious companies.
