P. B. College of Engineering (PBCE) is a Telugu minority institution which was started in the year 2002 by the P.B. Educational Trust. The aim of the college is to provide technical education to the students in science, engineering, technology and management fields to meet the needs of the industry. The college is ISO 9001:2008 certified, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
- The college offers undergraduate courses like B.E in Mechanical engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automobile Engineering and Aeronautical Engineering and B.Tech in Information Technology.
- The college has conducted various researches like Design and Development of Hybrid Power Motorcycle, Solar Street Light with automatic ON/OFF control by using LDR, Facial Expression Recognition System for Autistic Persons in Virtual Reality Environment, An Electronics tourist assistance system with voice using RFID Technology and Passive RFID Based Guiding System for Blind People.
