NSHM Institute of Media and Design, located in Kolkata, West Bengal was established in the academic year of 1996. The institution was bought into existence with an aim to be a Knowledge hub of global excellence, to enhance quality of life by imparting and advancing knowledge and skills, unleashing creative abilities and inculcating responsible and responsive values and attitudes and to bring prosperity to the society. NSHM Institute of Media and Design was approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and is affiliated with AICTE. The institution also received NAAC accreditation of A+.
- NSHM Institute of Media and Design offers under graduate and post graduate courses in the fields of Engineering, Pharmacy, Computer Applications, Science, Vocational studies and Management Studies. The institution also offers Diploma courses in Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.
- For admission into UG courses, Applicant must have passed the higher secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject.
- In case of admission into B. Pharm and B. Tech candidate must appear for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE).
- For admission into post graduate courses, candidate must have completed graduation from a recognised board and must have secured valid score in relevant entrance examinations like CAT, MAT, XAT, WBJEEMAT or any of the all India level Aptitude Test.
- Fee Structure of all the courses is quite feasible and can be paid in instalments per annum. Annual fee of B. Sc course is INR 1.45 Lakhs; BCA course is INR 1.1 Lakhs; B. Pharma course is INR 98.8K; BBA course is INR 1.68 Lakhs and the MBA course can be completed with the annual expenditure of INR 3.08 Lakhs.
