Nirma University (NU) was established in 2003. It functions under the sponsorship of the Nirma Education and Research Foundation. The campus is located in the city of Ahmedabad. It is near Gandhinagar. NU is a multidisciplinary student-centric university. Within a short period, NU developed as a nationally recognized institution. As a result, it has achieved prestigious rankings in multiple categories. NAAC accredited NU with an "A" Grade. Besides, it has been accredited by the NBA and SAQS. It is also a member of AIU. NU received the status of Centre of Excellence from the Gujarat Government. It has a host of component institutes, academic departments, and centers.
It offers UG, PG, Integrated, and Doctoral courses in Multiple streams. NU offers B Tech, B Com, B Arch, B.Des, and B. Pharm at the UG level. It offers MBA, MCA, MSc, M Pharm, LLM, and EPGDM at the PG level. In addition, it offers a five year integrated programs such as BBA+MBA, B.Com + LLB, BA+LLB, B Tech+MBA. UGC has recognized the Nirma University Courses.
Admission will be granted based on the entrance test scores and academic merit. NU accepts the valid scores of State or National level entrance tests. They are GUJCET, JEE Main, NATA, CLAT, GATE, CAT, GMAT. Nirma University B Tech Admission is based on the GUJCET score. Nirma MBA Admission is based on CAT or GMAT scores. NU also conducts written tests for a few courses. Applicants can fill out applications online mode.
