NBKR Institute of Science and Technology Vidyanagar (NBKRIST) is a self-supporting educational institution that offers top-notch instruction in various engineering fields. It was founded in 1979 in Vidyanagar, Andhra Pradesh's Nellore district. The college has been allied with Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University (JNTU). NAAC has re-accredited the Institute for the second cycle with an "A" Grade. In addition, UGC has designated NBKR College Nellore as a "College with Potential for Excellence (CPE)."
The main aim of the NKBR is to foster effective learning techniques that allow students to acquire critical thinking, forming them into ethically sound and professionally fit individuals. Furthermore, NBKR emphasizes graduates' skills and professional development through student clubs, technical associations, and professional chapters like IEEE, IETE, ISTE, and CSI exist in our Institute. In addition, the college also comprises Industry Institute Partnership Cell (IIP Cell), which caters to the needs through internship and consultancy. In addition, the Institute works in partnership with many businesses to give students industrial training.
NBKR Institute of Science and Technology courses are available in B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. The National Board of Accreditation has approved all of the Institute's Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) programs (NBA). In addition, the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has granted Tier 1 accreditation to all B.Tech programs. The college only provides full-time enrollment in its courses. NBKR College fees structure for CSE and other branches is INR 93k per annum. The tuition fee for M Tech is INR 57k per annum. NBKRIST Fee payment can be made online or through DD.
NBKRIST accepts AP EAMCET scores for enrollment in B.Tech programs. Admission to M Tech is based on AP PGECET scores. According to the seat distribution, 70% of seats are allotted under Category A, the convenor quota. Students who wish to get admission under the merit quota must score according to the NBKRIST Cut off. The remaining 30% of seats are reserved for the NBKR Institute of Science and Technology Management Quota.
The Institute's campus features up-to-date, modern amenities and infrastructure for both students and instructors. The campus area spreads over 184 acres of land and houses several departments, labs, a library, a computer centre, hostel accommodation, and other facilities. In addition, the Institute is home to a 14-acre sports complex that is well-equipped. NBKR hostel fees is INR range from 50k to 55k.

NBKR College placement and training cell provides 100% job assistance. Every year, the college places its pupils in respectable companies. NBKRIST assignments are carried out by the Institute's training and placement division. The training and NBKRIST placement cell's mission is to ensure students have the most job opportunities possible. Additionally, it offers students internship possibilities.
