Nalanda Open University Learning Methodology
NOU has a robust student support system to assist learners throughout their academic journey. The University has a network of study centers across Bihar, where students can access the necessary resources, attend counseling sessions, and engage in group activities. Nalanda Open University study centers have libraries, computer labs, and audio-visual facilities to provide a conducive learning environment.
- The University provides all course study material to the students, consisting of online and audio-video resources. Students can learn individually and at their own pace, thanks to how the study materials are made.

- Nalanda Open University Examinations: The University's distance learning courses follow an odd-even semester structure. For even and odd semesters, respectively, end-of-semester exams are held in December and July. Usually, the results are posted on the university website a few days after the end-of-semester exams. The Nalanda Open University Admit Card will also be available on the website.
