Nadar Saraswathi College of Engineering and Technology (NSCET) is one of the private colleges that are managed under the aegis of Theni Melapattai Hindu Nadargal Uravinmurai since its inception in the academic year 2010. The College was started with a motto of enriching rural students’ team and fosters them with eminence. The College is located in 21 acres of picturesque campus in Theni of Maduari in Tamil Nadu, India.
NSCET Theni is having affiliation to Chennai’s Anna University and approval from New Delhi’s AICTE. The College is currently having total strength of 90 faculty members and 789 students. Courses offered in the college are BE and ME with various specializations.
- NSCET Theni Fee structure for admission to B.Tech will depend on the score obtained in TNEA merit list and for Lateral admission will be based on merit in the qualifying exam.
- NSCET Theni Admission process of BE course will be based on TNEA merit list and for ME will be based on TANCET or GATE score.
- NSCET Theni Application process will be carried through offline mode and the students will have to pay INR 400/- for BE and INR 500/- for ME course towards application fee.
- NSCET Theni Hostel accommodation for 120 boys will be provided in 42 rooms and accommodation for 170 girls will be provided within the campus.
More than 400 students have been placed in renowned companies such as Emerson, Vi Microsystems, Vernalis, Windcare, TCS, Sun Best, Imperial, HGS, Lucas TVS ltd, mSPANd, Sutherland, Mart, Infosys, Hexaware Technologies, IDBI Federal Bank and American Megatrends etc. through NSCET Theni placement drive.
