The Institute is popularly known as MNC, is one of the largest constituent colleges of Delhi University, established in 1964. The College began enrolling 300 students per year, and now it has over 3000 students enrolled. The College is a sprawling green environment with a vast library, conference room, and excellent sports facilities. The College is entirely Wi-Fi enabled, and all the candidates will have free access to the Internet. Over the years, the Institute has excelled in academics, science, culture and sports activities. The faculty members and the Institute encourage the students to be excellent in academics and extra-curricular activities. The faculty stick to classroom teaching and include students in research activities that will contribute to society and the Institute. The Institute offers UG and PG programs in 17 courses with various disciplines.

The College of MNC has a very active Placement cell that invites various reputed organizations to recruit the students. The Institute also has Career Development Centre, which prepares students for all the streams. The Placement cell provides training in organizing Resumes, Internships, preparation for final placements, mock interview practices, and group discussions. MNC caters various opportunities to students with eligible academic scores and excellent overall performance. Students will also get to attend frequent workshops, job fairs, and industry visits the Institute provides. Top recruiters like Capital IQ, KPMG, Fluor India Limited, Grail Research, Ernst & Young, and AON Hewitt visit the campus for recruitments. The highest package offered off-campus to the students was INR 18.75 LPA, and on campus, it was INR 10 LPA.

- The Institute provided scholarships to the six students who have excellent scores in the University examination.
- The Govt body of the Institute decides the scholarships provided.
- The College also provides merit scholarships to the candidates who have scored the highest marks in all the subjects in B. Com Hons 1st year.
