MJP Rohilkhand University was started in the year 1975 in Bareilly, UP. This affiliating university was upgraded to a residential university with four teaching departments in 1985. This university has taken a different perspective of development strategy and modified the university prominence by introducing departments like technology, management, education, allied science, and applied science.
- MJPRU Offers B.Tech, B.Pharm, B.Ed, and BHMCT courses under bachelor programs, MA, MSW, M.Sc, M.Pharm, M.Ed, MBA, MCA, and LLM approach under master programs and M.Phil and Ph.D. under Doctoral program.
- MJPRU facilitates the accommodation for students who have come to pursue education from outstation. Hostels are located outside the campus but within proximity to the college.
- The MJPRU central hostels have 250 students, and the new boy’s hostel can housing three students. The BDA and Rajkiya hostels can accommodate up to 400 and 100 students, respectively.
MJPRU placements will be offered through the centralized placement department, where they have established a training and placement cell. This T&P works significantly on developing the employability of the graduates. This university witnesses many companies with excellent reputations come to campus for hiring students from different departments. The companies visiting will be from various industry sectors, and they also offer a good salary package of 3-4 lakhs per annum.
