M.S. Ramaiah Polytechnic Course
M.S. Ramaiah Polytechnic offers only one diploma program under them, and it came into existence in 1997. More than 700 students have enrolled, and there is the best infrastructure given. AICTE approves it, and being a private college, there is the reservation of management quota seats in small numbers. Students' intake will vary, but in general, it is up to 60 students in one class for every specialization offered. There is a different laboratory facility for every occupation offered to make practice sessions better. The eligibility criteria for all the disciplines to apply under diploma are the same.
Diploma in MSRP
Nearly seven specializations are offered in the MSRP; only these major disciplines are granted, and candidates with minimum eligibility will only be provided with the seats. Not less than 50% marks are required in 10th or 12th also, candidates shall be from ITI. Considering the same MSRP, admissions to the diploma will be granted. Since there is no entrance exam for this course from the college side, seats will be given through merit in academics. Through this degree, candidates could further get into full-time B.Tech as a later entry, that is, to the 2nd year directly. Apart from eligibility and fees for the management quota rest of the education facility is all the same.

Although giving all the required facilities and supporting the MSRP diploma fee structure is less feasible. The total fee is mentioned below, and it is customary to split the payments and clear per annum wise. So, even the annual fee that can be paid is discussed below. This is the typical and approximate fee of the diploma given. In few cases, on basis of students' merit or seeking admissions through management quota, diploma fee differs slightly. M.S. Ramaiah Polytechnic Facilities
- The MSRP sports facility is given indoor and outdoor games, and students are encouraged to participate in all types of games, even on other levels outside the campus.
- With the number of books, national and international journals, magazines, CDs, DVDs, newspapers, and other resources are facilitated in the MSRP library.
- With an excellent audio-video facility, projectors, and world-class infrastructure, there is an MSRP auditorium and seminar halls facility.
- An excellent MSRP hostel facility is given where furnished rooms, laundry, and daily basis facilities are provided. There are even PG’s nearby.
- MSRP cafeteria is a place not just to eat but also to share knowledge, experience, and fun. A variety of food, snacks maintaining hygienic is offered at a reasonable price.
M.S. Ramaiah Polytechnic Admissions
The diploma course is chosen by candidates usually after their 10th. Also, ITI students and 12th passed students would apply for the Program. Candidates with not less than 50% aggregate in their board will be eligible to apply for the course. Based on the MSRP cut-off and students' merit diploma. Since there are no entrance exams to take for seeking diploma admissions, candidates' merit in academics will count. Even to apply through management quota, it is necessary to have at least 50% marks in the 10th board examination to use and take seats. Candidates willing to apply for the course will have to visit the campus to fill up the application form and proceed further. For any of the offered specializations, candidates could apply.
M.S. Ramaiah Polytechnic Scholarships:
The deserving candidates who submitted valid documents would be availed of several Karnataka government scholarships. To apply for these scholarships, candidates in August could collect the form from the college's admission section. For candidates from the reserved category to be availed with scholarships, their family income limited to a certain amount is eligible for other based classes. Scholars awarded scholarships to those merit students to encourage them in their studies. There would be fee waiver or fee reimbursement for students provided all essential documents in rare cases.
