Applicants must ensure the Lourdes Matha College admission criteria before filling out the forms.
- To apply for the B.Tech course, you need at least a 45% mark in your 10+2 examination or an equivalent qualification. The subjects required are PCM/Biology/Biotechnology/Computer Science. Selection is based on the KEAM Rank.
- For the M.Tech course, you must have a B.Tech. or BE degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Candidates interested in the MCA course should have a 3-year graduate degree in any field, with Mathematics/Statistics as a subject, and a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
- For MBA courses, a candidate must pass the CAT/CMAT or KMAT Kerala Entrance exam with a valid score.
- For B.Tech., M.Tech., and MCA courses, 50% of seats are filled based on the Entrance Test Score, and the remaining 50% of seats are filled through the Lourdes Matha College of Science & Technology Management Quota.
- There is no least percentage prerequisite for SC/ST candidates applying for B.Tech., M.Tech., and MCA courses.

Lourdes Matha College of Science & Technology Scholarship
The scholarships are awarded at the time of admission, and their renewal is contingent upon the applicant's prior year's academic standing.
- LMCES offers the "Karunya Varsham" Scholarship to deserving students. 10% of all seats based on the results of the eligibility exam.
- Government fees in KEAM, up to a maximum of INR 10,000 for rank holders.
- 50% fee reduction for rank holders in the KEAM up to INR 15,000.
- Up to 40,000 KEAM rank holders will receive scholarships worth INR 10,000
- 50% of the expenses will be waived for candidates who receive a 100% on the state board in math, physics, or chemistry or who score 90% or above on the ISE/CBSE board test.
- A 20% fee reduction is suggested by the parish priest for Catholic students from economically disadvantaged families.
- Children of LMCST regular personnel are eligible for a 25,000 rupee scholarship.
- Current and former students' siblings are eligible for a 10,000 rupee grant.
