Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College is popularly known as LTM Medical College, established in the year 1964, and it is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. LTMMC, Mumbai, is India's most reputed medical college and research institute. - Initially, LTMMC started as an Indian Military Hospital with 50 beds. Then in the year, the Institute was renamed Lokamanya Tilak Medical College & General Hospital. It has grown to more than 1500 bedded hospitals with over 75,000 in-patient care per year.
- The Hospital provides 24/7 trauma care facilities to the patients with all the modern equipment.
- The Institute currently has 300 senior faculty and 661 resident doctors who provide the best medical service and train the medical aspirants with a quality practical education.

The MBBS course at LTM Medical college is offered for five years that includes 1 year of internships. Candidates will undergo training at Institute's affiliated hospitals. - To apply for the MBBS course at LTMMC, candidates must pass 10+2 with 50% marks from a recognized board in a science stream (PCB & English must be a mandatory subject).
- It is mandatory to appear in NEET-UG to secure admission for the MBBS program at LTM Medical College.
- The NEET-UG entrance exam will be conducted for three hours with 300 multiple-choice questions offline.
- The applicants will have to clear the entrance test as equivalent to the Lokmanya Tilak Medical College MBBS Cut off criteria.
- Furthermore, candidates must undergo counselling, administrated by the Maharashtra State authority.
- During the choice filling round, candidates must prefer LTM Medical College. By considering preferences, the authority will allocate the seats only if candidates meet the NEET cut off requirement of LTMMC.

LTMMC is a govt. funded college affiliated to MUHS, and is been received the approval from Medical Council of India. MBBS admission fee would be INR 1500, there is separate fee as registration fee and all these are included in the total fee structure of the course. So as Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College fee structure of MBBS for full course is approx. INR 4 lakhs this fee can be paid in instalment then the fee will be around INR 1 lakh. For SC/ST category students NEET cut-off ranges from 11836-12658. So basically MBBS admissions to LTMMC will be through NEET score and counselling.
