The Kammavari Sangham non-profitable charitable and educational service organization, created the K.S Institute of Technology to serve the societies and various backward communities. Since they believed that education could transform and change the social and economic condition of many millions of lives, they established an educational institute known as K.S Institute of Technology, the first technical institute in 1999, which is also commonly called KSIT.
- Over the years, this institute has engraved itself and the desirable niche by achieving academic excellence in a short time. After this success, the sangham volunteered to initialize another institute for technical studies oriented to advance ad research studies was started in 2010 and was renounced as K.S. School of Engineering and Management in the year 2011.
- This institute has always aimed to provide world-class technical and management education and widen the horizons to research and advance studies. This institute also provides scholarships for deserving ad needy students by providing them free hostel facilities and other benefits.
Besides educational initiatives, this institute on a cultural frontier has striven to build students' outstanding academic practices. This institute also intends to encourage and nurture entrepreneurial skills among the students in the institute. Every student in this institute will be mentored by an assigned faculty member and act as local guardians of the campus scholars.

The department of T&P cell provides training for improving soft skills, technical skills, and problem-solving skills. They also facilitate various internship programs, industry interaction, and many more to expose students to vivid scenarios.
