KS School of Engineering and Management Admission
Admissions at KSSEM Bangalore are highly competitive, especially for the renowned BE/B Tech program. For BE admission, candidates must sit for the KCET entrance examination. Additionally, a portion of seats is allocated through the KSSEM management quota.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have finished 10+2/HSC with PCM as compulsory stream.
- A least of 45% marks in 10+2 (40% for reserved category candidates) is required.
Selection Criteria:
- Shortlisting for the BE program is based on KCET and COMED-K. They also need to satisfy the cutoff criteria to be eligible for admission under the KCET quota.
- Management Quota seats consider the candidate's merit in the qualifying examination. However, they shall have attempted any of the entrance exams. If they have a low ranking, they can apply for Direct admission in the KS School of Engineering and Management
- 45% of seats under each specialization are filled through CET-KEA, 30% through COMED-K, and 25% under Management Quota.
- Candidates with 60% or above marks in 10+2/PUC are given preference.
MBA Admission at KS School of Engineering and Management
For MBA admission, candidates must appear for the CMAT or PGCET entrance exam.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A UG degree with a least aggregate score of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) is required.
- A valid score in KMAT or PGCET is necessary.
Selection Criteria:
- Selection is based on KMAT or PGCET scores, followed by counseling.
- Seats are allocated based on rank, categories, and availability.
