The Kasegaon Education Society in Maharashtra founded the Rajarambapu Institute of Technology (RIT) in 1982. It was formerly known as the College of Engineering Sakharale. It is an autonomous college affiliated with Shivaji University and is approved by AICTE. RIT Islampur NAAC Grade is A for its academic superiority. The Institute has recognised as one of the premier technical institutes providing high-quality education. The campus is located near Islampur, 7km away from Peth Naka off Pune-Bangalore Highway. RIT Kolhapur has a beautiful green campus of 40 acres.
KE Society's Rajarambapu Institute Of Technology has 205 well-qualified lecturers and 3205 students enrolling. Besides, 50+ faculties are from IIT, NIT, and IIIT academic backgrounds. Moreover, CSIR-Central Building Research Facility, Roorkee, Integrated Development Consult Canada, INDO-SPARK Building Services (ICFS), Kolhapur, and others have collaborated with RIT. As an outcome, RIT has emerged as one of the top engineering colleges in western Maharashtra. Furthermore, Rajarambapu College holds a legacy of 38 years of academic excellence. 10,000+ students have graduated from this Institute.
Currently, RIT is offering admission to the 10 UG Courses, 11 PG courses, and 6 Diploma courses. Few of the RIT College Islampur Courses are accredited by NBA; it is a testimony to quality education. On the other hand, RIT offers top-tier NBA accredited B Tech in 10 various disciplines. RIT Islampur fees structure B Tech is 1.48 Lakhs per annum. At the PG level, the college offers MBA in the general stream and Innovation Entrepreneurship. In contrast, the M Tech courses are available in 9 engineering streams. Rajarambapu Institute Of Technology Polytechnic Diploma courses is available in 6 streams.
The baseline requirement for Rajarambapu Institute Of Technology Admissions in the B.Tech program is a 10+2 or higher in Science with PCM topics from a recognized board. The selection method for B.Tech admissions would be based on MHT CET or JEE Main scores, followed by CAP counseling conducted by DTE Maharashtra. However, the final selection of candidates will be based on the RIT Islampur Cut off.
Students who satisfy the eligibility criterion of a bachelor's degree with at least 55% marks will be eligible to apply to the PG Courses. On the other hand, students applying for the M.Technology program will be chosen based on their GATE scores. Besides, MAH CET scores are considered for offering admission to MBA. RIT College Islampur MBA fee structure is INR 1.5 Lakhs Per annum.
The Institute provides financial support to deserving and needy students. Candidates that match the eligibility requirements can qualify for scholarships. Under the restricted category, RIT Sangli scholarships offer a tuition fee reduction. In addition, applicants can apply for Maha DBT scholarships and state or federal government grants through the Maha DBT site.
On the RIT College campus, students can access various infrastructural facilities. Both boys' and girls' hostels are available at the Institute. The RIT Islampur hostel fees for male and female students are 25K. Each department has well-equipped laboratories and workshops. Consumer Cooperative Stores provide essential utilities to students, like stationery, practical work accessories, xerox service, and many more. It also features a central library with a massive collection of volumes, titles, and e-books from all engineering fields and management departments, as well as reference books and other resources.

Rajarambapu Institute of Technology Placement
RIT Islampur placement department organizes industry tours, training seminars, conferences, and expert talks to prepare students for the possibilities that await them. The Institute's different value-added courses have given the students enough experience. Aside from fundamental technical abilities, students are also taught soft skills. Besides, it offers a career counseling program to guide and train students regarding career choices.
Personality development, effective communication, vocabulary, resume writing, email writing, discussion groups, interview skills, cognitive training, practice exams, and linguistics such as Japanese and German are all provided by the Placements department.
Final-year undergraduate and graduate students are permitted to engage in a 6-month industry internship. Rajarambapu Institute Of Technology Highest Package awarded was 10.20 LPA.
