Kautilya Institute of Management & Research was established under the aegis of JSPM. It is a prestigious organization established in 2001. JSPM is a cluster of more than 70 Institutes spread across Six campuses providing high-quality education for over 50000+ students in the metropolitan region of Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad. Among them, KIMR is one of the Top Management Institutes in Pune, offering a two-year AICTE-approved MBA Programme.
JSPM College Wagholi will continue its active and committed efforts to infuse management education with a global perspective. The curriculum will provide executive education that is sustainable and value-focused and is more context- and research-oriented. Kautilya Institute of Management Course Admission
The college provides the MBA course, a 2-year full-time postgraduate course. For JSPM College MBA admission, those who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any stream may apply for admission if they meet the prerequisites as stated in the Directorate of Technical Education's (DTE) notification. Final seat allotment will be done through CAP (Centralized admission process)
- Graduate in any field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 50% for open categories and 45% for reserved categories, and have taken one of the entrance tests like MH-CET, CMAT, CAT, etc.
- Those with valid scores must register for CAP Counselling through DTE Portal.
- CAP Process include online registration, displaying merit list, document verification, seat allocation and choice preference.
- During the choice filling round, students must indicate Kautilya College as their preference. If their exam score is equivalent to the cutoff, there will be the possibility of getting admission through CAP Rounds.
- If seats remain vacant after CAP rounds, admission will be provided under the Institute quota against CAP. Students who wish to apply must contact the college's officials or visit the official website to enquire about admission.
- Once shortlisted, the candidate has to appear for group discussion and personal interview rounds.

- The Institute complies with government regulations by offering SC category students, depending on their income level, a 100% waiver of (tuition fees plus additional fees) as a scholarship or free shipping.
- The Institute also provides Government Scholarships or Free-ship applicable to ST/VJNT/SBC category students under this scheme, they are eligible for 100% relaxation in Tuition Fees only under prescribed norms of the Government, and other fees are payable by candidates
- According to government regulations, the institution offers scholarships for 50% tuition fee reductions for students in the OBC and SEBC categories. The same 50% tuition fee reductions are also applicable to students in the Open category using the EBC service whose annual income does not exceed Rs. 8 lakhs.
