The Indian Institute of Logistics is located in Chennai, in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, and is affiliated with the Bharathiar University. - The Institute maintains a knowledge partnership with Good Ocean Maritime and a recognized center of the STED Board. The main objective is to arrange 100,000 internships and placements for the Indian Institute of Logistics with a focus on Dubai / UAE, as Dubai is the largest center for logistics, transport and the port industry.
Placement cell dedicated to internships regularly conducts student clean-up sessions in areas such as soft skills, interview skills and behavioural skills, which makes them ready for the industry. In recent years, the university has seen several well-known recruitment companies invited to campus placement. Honoured with 'South East CEO Conclave and Awards 2016' for his outstanding contribution to logistics.
