SGT University Hostel Admission

  • You can apply for the Hostel while filing your admission forms for the University. SGT provide with the form an option to select hostel accommodation.
  • Give relevant documents such as your admission letter, ID proof, and other required papers for hostel admission.
  • Pay the hostel fees in terms of security deposit, which is refundable while the rest would be rent for the term. Make sure to make the payment on time, so you book the spot.
  • You select the type of room preferred by you, like either AC or non-AC, if possible and according to your budget.
  • Hostel rules and regulations are expected to be agreed upon by the students to ensure a safe living environment.
  • After all these procedures, you will be informed regarding admission into your Hostel and your room.
  • Hostel accommodation is provided for the duration of the course. If a student fails an exam and is not promoted, they are not allowed to stay in the Hostel.

SGT University Hostel Rules and Regulations

  • Biometric attendance is conducted in the Hostel. Tardiness without permission invites a punishment.
  • Ragging and harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. As a result, punishments will be harsh.
  • They will have to abide by the curfew timings and be inside the Hostel at the time specified.
  • Leave permission to leave the campus has to be taken through the ERP system.
  • Personal electrical appliances are not permitted except for room coolers during summer.
  • Guests are permitted only during specific hours and are not allowed to stay overnight.
  • Students are responsible for the condition of their rooms, furniture, and fittings.
