NIMS University Hostel

IMS University provides outstanding hostel facilities for its students. These hostels are equipped with modern facilities, providing a home-like experience. NIMS provides hostel rooms are available according to the occupancy type. Students have a choice of selecting from Single, double or triple-seater rooms. All hostels have vigilant staff taking care of the security of the complexes. All buildings are under CCTV surveillance. All the rooms have a constant supply of electricity. There are common reading rooms and recreational activity rooms. The institution is devoted to delivering quality stays,  which ensures students' holistic development.

NIMS University Hostel Facilities

  • All rooms are well furnished and have all the necessary facilities.
  • Students are provided with Clean Drinking water from installed water coolers on each floor.
  • Hostels have a 24*7 supply of electricity.
  • The Mess provides healthy and nutritious Food. The kitchen undergoes regular quality checks to ensure students' safety.
  • Sports facilities, such as football grounds, table tennis courts, volleyball areas, gyms, etc., are also present.
  • Availability of common rooms such as Reading room, cultural activity room, TV Rooms, etc.
  • Gym with the latest types of equipment.
  • Rooms for Cultural activities like dance and singing.
  • Visiting rooms for parents are guardians.

NIMS University Hostel Eligibility

  • All students must first register with the college to be eligible for hostel facilities.
  • Students whose parents reside in the same city are not allowed to stay in hostels.
  • Accommodations are provided on merit and depending on the distance.
  • To renew their yearly membership in hostels, each student needs to maintain a certain percentage each year in college.

NIMS University Hostel Admission Process

  • Students must complete the application process for the desired course from the university.
  • They can collect hostel application forms from the campus or the official website.
  • After filling out the application with personal information. Students would request documents such as

  • After attaching all the documents and filling out the form completely, students can submit it.
