Mepco Schlenk Engineering College Hostel

The Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, located at Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, has hostel facilities that are well-maintained for boys and girls. The hostel accommodations of the college consist of distinct hostels for boys and girls with several blocks to accommodate the students. Mepco has 5 Gents and 5 Ladies hostels on the campus that can accommodate around 1300 Gents and 1200 Ladies.

Mepco Schlenk Engineering College Hostel facilities:

  • Bachelor of Engineering & Postgraduate Gents students will be given individual rooms and others in shared rooms.
  • They will have a single bed, study table, chair, built-in wardrobes and book cupboards, hot water for inmates, the latest magazines and newspapers, and telephone facilities round the clock.
  • Housekeeping services shall be provided for all rooms.
  • Sanitary and hygiene areas with a suitable number of sanitary bowels, urinals, and wash basins shall be provided. A drying area shall also be provided.
  • Hostels provide standard & hygienic food for the inmates.
  • The Students Mess Committee decides the hostel menu under the guidance of Subwardens and the Deputy warden.
  • The mess is run on a dividing system with separate vegetarian and non-vegetarian mess.
  • All dining halls have marble-top dining tables, pest traps, UV lamps and music playback facilities.
  • Monthly open-air special dinner
  • Special night milk (room service), Night tea during study holidays and exams.

Mepco Schklenk Engineering College Hostel Fees:

The hostel rent will be fixed based on different aspects. The table below states all the particulars for one year. Mepco Hostel fees for boys are INR 61600, and for girls, it is INR 58600 annually.
