JECRC University Hostel

The JECRC University hostel offers excellent hostel facilities to provide a comfortable and secure stay for the students on campus. All kinds of modern facilities are equipped inside the hostels so that the student's stay within the hostels may seem home-like to them. JECRC University Hostel Rooms are spacious and clean. It is provided with basic furniture and essentials. Hygiene is maintained and given utmost care. There are regular cleaning services and a safe environment. Boys and girls are accommodated in different hostels with security present throughout 24 hours for safety.

JECRC University Hostel Facilities

Here are the facilities provided by JECRC Hostel:

  • AC Rooms and Non-AC Rooms are available.
  • Boys and girls hostels are separated.
  • Security is provided 24/7 for students.
  • The mess provides nutritious and hygienic meals.
  • Wi-Fi high speed in the hostels.
  • Cleanliness and maintenance work on a regular basis of rooms and areas in the hostels.
  • Students can use a common room to relax.
  • A laundry facility will be provided for each student.
  • Hot water supply and 24/7 Power Supply.
  • Indoor games and sports for recreation.

 JECRC University Hostel Admission

After getting admission to the JECRC university, they can apply for accommodation in the hostel on campus. The forms for admission to the hostels are available mostly available on the university's admission office. The students are required to fill out their respective forms and submit them along with documents and fees.

Rooms are strictly given on a first-come, first-served basis. So, the candidates should submit early. After approval of the application, a student can shift to the hostel at the beginning of the academic session.

Rules for Admission in the JECRC University Hostel:

  • Hostel accommodation is made available to the students only after their admission to the university.
  • The hostel accommodation shall be for a minimum period of one academic year, which may be divided into two semesters.
  • The hostel fees are liable to be raised every year.
  • Room Allotment shall be made by the Deputy Director of Hostels or the Chief Warden on application by the students concerned.
  • Only if the student's performance and conduct are satisfactory is staying in the hostel permitted.
  • The students must stay in the prescribed rooms and change only with permission from the Deputy Director or Chief Warden.
  • Students suffering from any kind of chronic illness may, if necessary, be allowed to go out of the hostel by their parents/guardians for proper treatment.
  • If a student is dismissed or suspended, he has to vacate the hostel at once and no refund shall be given.
  • Students are supposed to look after their own belongings properly. Valuables such as cash, jewellery, or costly gadgets should not be kept in the rooms.
  • Admission or further stay in the hostel is up to the decision of the Hostel Administration.

Note:

  • JECRC University Girls Hostel charges, under any circumstances, are not transferable and non-refundable.
  • A one-time, non-refundable registration charge of Rs 5000/- is insisted upon at the time of first admission to the hostel.
  • Seating in the hostel is only available if there is space.
  • JECRC University Hostel and Mess fees are bound to increase with time.
  • The fee charged is for 10 months and an extra charge is applicable in case the student wishes to stay over and above the semester.
  • The hostel can be availed throughout the entire academic year, that is two semesters. Students desirous of obtaining hostel accommodation are required to undertake to pay both installments even if he/ she leaves the hostel in the second semester. No Refund.
  • Hostel accommodation is not provided to final-year students.
  • Membership of Gymnasium: Rs. 1000/- per semester for hostelites if availed.
  • If hostel operations are suspended beyond the control of the university (for example, a pandemic or curfew), fees are not refundable.
  • Both hostel fee instalments are payable in advance with the Installment of academic fees by the respective dates.
