DIT University Hostel

DIT University hostel provides students with a feeling of Home Away from home. Taking this philosophy into consideration, the University offers hostels with a secure, comfortable, and healthy environment. Below are further details about the hostel facilities, eligibility, fee structure, and more.

DIT University Hostel facilities:

  • DITU hostel facilities can accommodate a significant number of students.
    There are currently four in-campus boys' hostels: Raman, Bose, Bhabha, and Sarabhai, with a combined capacity of approximately 1,200 boys.
  • There is a girls' Hostel, with separate in-campus accommodations at Sarojini and Kasturba, that can house around 1,100 girls students.
  • The accommodation available in the Hostel includes American-style apartments that are well furnished, hygienic and have ultramodern amenities.
  • Each apartment has three rooms, which are shared by two students each. It also has a lobby and attached bathrooms.
  • The hostel premises consist of a common TV room, tuck shops (including a stationary, barber, bakery, juice, etc. shop), and state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
  • The hostel campus has an excellent modern gymnasium with a trainer.
  • The entire hostel premises are Wi-Fi enabled and have a separate computer centre with 24X7 internet facility.

DIT University hostel eligibility:

All Bonafide regular students of DIT University pursuing BTech/ MTech/ MBA/ MCA/ MTech/ B Arch/ M.Arch/ BPharm/M.Pharm/Ph.D Program at the University are eligible for admission to the Hostel.
