Chanakya University Hostel

Chanakya University is a campus of residence. The campus has a superior architectural design that blends both tradition and modernity. At this University, the hostel has been addressed as "Student Residences." They have a strict anti-ragging policy to make sure everyone feels safe and at home. The Student Residences are separate for boys and girls. It is managed by caring wardens. These wardens help students learn how to live independently while also maintaining discipline in the hostels. They are here to support students, not just to enforce rules. Hostels have created a supportive environment that enables students to focus on their growth, be it academically or personally. Chanakya University Hostel Admission

To be eligible for getting admitted to the hostel, students shall have enrolled in any of the full-time courses at Chanakya University. Both UG and PG students are eligible to apply. However, priority is given to applicants coming from far places.

  • The students must duly fill out the application form for the Chanakya University Hostel, and it can be accessed from the website or it can be obtained from the administrative office of the University itself.
  • This submission requires the application form to be filled up with documents such as admission proof, ID proof and a recent photograph.
  • Rooms will be allotted on a 'first come, first served' basis. Outstation students are given priority.
  • The students after allotment, shall pay the hostel fees before the due date.

  • A security deposit of INR 20,000 is a one-time payment during admission time. It is not part of the hostel fees. Refunds will be done according to university guidelines.

  • All the utilities provided for students will be announced beforehand.
