Dr. Puran Chand started the Haryana College of Technology and Management in 1998. The college aims to provide technical education to computer applications, business administration, management, and engineering. NBA accredits the college, ISO certified, affiliated to Kurukshetra University, and is approved by MHRD, AICTE, Government of Haryana, and DTE.
- The college has departments like applied sciences, computer application, management, civil engineering, information technology, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, and mechanical engineering.
- The hostel has five hostels within the campus, four for boys and one for girls, along with a food facility at an affordable rate of INR 50k.
