Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya Course Admission

To enroll in most programs, students need to take the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) administered by the National Testing Agency (NTA). For flagship courses like BTech, GGU accepts JEE Mains. Interested candidates can apply for UG, PG, PhD, Diploma, and Certificate courses by filling out Guru Ghasidas University online application forms available on the official website. Based on the academic marks and entrance exam scores, the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya merit list will be prepared.

It offers B.Tech programs in 7 specializations. Admission to these programs is using JEE Main scores. There are a total of 500 seats available for B.Tech. Applicants with a valid JEE Mains score who participate in JoSAA/CSAB counseling can secure admission to the 4-year course.

  • Pay Registration Fee: Pay the non-refundable registration fee online. INR 250 for UR, OBC, and EWS applicants, INR 100 for SC/ST and PwD students.

GGU offers hostel accommodation for male and female students with varying fee structures. For male students, the Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya hostel fee ranges from INR 20.82k to INR 24.07k. The fee includes a yearly charge of INR 6,750 to INR 10,000, along with a refundable hostel caution money of INR 2,000. Additionally, mess charges for three months amount to INR 8,070, along with refundable caution money of INR 4,000, to be deposited in the Hostel Mess Account. Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya B.Tech fee would be INR 28,850 per annum and totally the fee would be INR 110,000 almost for the 4 years program.

For an annum the MBA fee in GGU, Bilaspur is INR 25,850 and the for 2 years the fee would be INR 49,900.
